The tacos were absolutely delicious the meat was fresh and had no fat. Although the location is small it's very clean. And they have the most excellent customer service. 100% would reccomend

Tacos Chapala originated in Stockton and have some of the best tacos hands down. Some of my favorites are their tripe tacos extra crispy. You must give this place a try!!!

The atmosphere here is nice, and the employees are also nice. The tables that they have with the chairs give a nice and warm feel to the place and the music makes the vibe pretty casual.
The employees were super kind and talkative and answered my questions. I appreciated them a lot.
Now for the food, it was pretty good, I purposely got my food when I wasn’t super hungry so I could actually consider if I would get this when I’m not starving (I would). And it’s safe to say that this place definitely has the flavor and good taste and would recommend getting it. It’s about 4 lime slices long, and it’s pretty heavy, it’s priced pretty good as well. They do have a sauce station so make sure you get yours if you want any. I would definitely recommend you come here and safe to say that this place is better than the Fred’s burger that was in this location before it.
They also do have outdoor sitting areas which is really nice! This means that you can enjoy the weather and breeze once the weather chills out a bit 🐢.
Would recommend, good food, nice staff, normal pricing, nice atmosphere. 🦧

I usually drop by their other shop on my way through Stockton, very excited that they expanded into Sac. Went to drop by during their soft opening and very pleased that the same level of food and service holds true. Getting the full experience with the salsa bar. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

They have locations in Stockton and Manteca and now one here in Sacramento/Elk Grove by the Foods Co center. They had a soft opening recently and were offering $1 tacos so we decided to try them. We chose carne asada, lengua, cabeza and al pastor. Let me tell you, they do not skimp on the portions! Meats were all flavorful and they have a salsa/sauce bar too. Sautéed jalapeños and onions included. Got us a side order of rice and chips too. The restaurant is spacious, clean and modern. Service was top notch! Shoutout to Perla, Chuy and Ivonne, they were very nice and awesome.
Go check them out!
